Hi, I just want to know …? Is it not possible to make dynamic Promo Banners. With this I mean, Place the banner once and every time there is a new promotion this banner will change to the new promotion and voila – we are promoting the new promotion all over where we have placed this banner. I am taking the latest mini uk lotto promo as an example … it was almost over when I actually logged into the back end and saw it was running … I missed out on sales / potential sales or even sign-ups. Now had I have a “dynamic promo banner” I would have promoted that promo … with out even knowing and might have picked up a sale or two or even a new sign-up. Just a thought …. Thanks Guys for all the hard work.

Thanks for the great question! What you're referring to here is what we call the rotating banner group. What happens with the rotating group is like you described it; you put the code in your webpage and it looks for a banner hosted by us and displays it. When a promotion comes around, we simply change the banner image on our side and the new banner will display on your website without any other changes.

To see what is currently in the rotating banner group, please see the following:

TOOLS > BANNERS > SELECT: ROTATING > SELECT GROUP: ROTATING BANNERS > CLICK: VIEW

Then simply choose the size that works in your page and post the code. It works wonders!

Lastly, the reason we didn't put the Mini UK Lotto superdraw banners into this group is because we felt that the decision to promote that specific campaign should definitely be the affiliate's as it wasn't as direct a campaign as our others.

Thank you Juan, Yes it helps but I am talking of a Group of bannars that incorporate all the different lottos. So lets say Euro Millions have a Supper Draw … the banner changes … and next month Mega Millions have a Huge draw .. it changes to that. Now lets say there is two promotions or big happenings like the time when the mega millions and the euro millions was both big .. and you sent out emails … then this banner have both on. Does this make sense? Cheers

As far as I can tell that is exactly what our rotating banners do. If two big things are happening at the same time then we will probably choose the bigger draw. Unfortunately we cannot run flash banners in the Rotating Banner class as we can't proactively change those when the time comes.

What we can have is a flash banner that scrolls the different draw sizes. This will update itself after draw results are published. What do you think about that?

Ok ... lets see if I understand you ... ? You have a flash banner that lets say, have all the results desplayed for all the lotos. And every time the results were published it will update and show the next Jackpot amount for all the lotos ... not just one? And it does not matter if there were a roll over it will show it in anny case or a super draw ... it will show the Jackpot ammount for the next draw. Basicaly a a combined lotto result banner !!! I think this could work. I would use them. LOL its sometimes difficult to get your message accoss by only typing it here in the forum ... one could easyly interperet wrong what the other person is trying to say ... but I think we are on the same track now.
